Refund Policy
Once a transaction is completed, no refunds or returns are available for the customer, except in the case of issues concerning the product, such as damages. If you believe this is the case, you will need to provide sufficient evidence that your product has a problem. The evidence can be submitted to the address contact@culturevision.net. Our team will review your submission and determine if you are eligible for a replacement or refund (excluding shipping fees). This is only available for customers who report an issue within 5 days of transaction completion. Beyond 5 days, orders are considered final.
Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your product, we advise you to inspect the order. If any problems with the product arise, please contact us immediately at the address contact@culturevision.net. All issues must be reported within 5 days of purchase.
